What payment methods do you accept?

At CozyLuminate, you can complete your checkout using all major credit and debit cards or PayPal Express Checkout. We do not accept direct bank transfers or cash on delivery.

Is my online order secure?

Absolutely. When you purchase with your credit card, all your information is processed through a secure SSL-encrypted webpage. Your data is safely transmitted to our payment provider’s network, where your card and transaction are pre-authorized and approved. We do not store any credit card details on our servers.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. Tracking information is typically available within 24 hours after dispatch. You can follow your shipment directly from our Order Tracking page.

How can I return my order?

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer support team will review your request and send return instructions if it’s approved. Please note that all returns must be in original condition with intact packaging. How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 7–14 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking updates as soon as your package is on its way.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, CozyLuminate ships to the United States only. We’re working on expanding our reach soon!

What if my lamp arrives damaged or defective?

We’re sorry if that happens! Please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We’ll replace your product or issue a refund according to our policy.

How do I charge the lamp?

Each lamp comes with a USB charging cable. Simply connect it to any USB port, power bank, or adapter. A full charge provides up to 8–10 hours of continuous light, depending on brightness settings.

Can I use the lamp outdoors?

Yes! The CozyLuminate LED Lamp is portable and foldable, perfect for both indoor and outdoor use — whether you’re reading, camping, or relaxing on your patio.

Does the lamp have adjustable brightness?

Yes, it features touch-sensitive dimming control with multiple brightness levels, so you can create the perfect atmosphere for any moment.
